These Terms of Use (together with the documents they reference) set out the terms and conditions under which the User (“you”, “your”) may access and use our website https://.interiordesignershub.co.uk (“our Site” or “the Site”).
Please read these Terms of Use carefully and make sure you understand them before using the Site. By using our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them, as well as with all applicable legislation. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and The Interior Designers Hub. They apply to all Users. If you violate these Terms, we may terminate your access to the Site and take any appropriate legal action.
These Terms of Use, together with our Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, are collectively referred to as the “The Interior Designers Hub Terms”. Defined terms used across these documents have the meanings set out in the Terms of Sale.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US
1.1 The Interior Designers Hub operates through two legal entities: The Interior Designers Hub Limited (company no. 13373783) and Kathryn (Kate) Hatherell trading as The Interior Designers Hub. These are collectively referred to as “The Interior Designers Hub”, “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout this document.
1.2 https://interiordesignershub.co.uk is operated by The Interior Designers Hub Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13373783), with its registered office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 6EB, England. VAT No. 381026125.

1.4 We provide training, resources and support to beginner and professional interior designers.
2. ACCESSING OUR SITE AND SITE AVAILABILITY
2.1 Access to our Site is subject to these Terms. You are responsible for making necessary arrangements to access it.
2.2 We do not guarantee that our Site or its content will always be available. Access may be suspended, withdrawn, or changed without notice. We accept no liability if the Site is unavailable at any time.
2.3 While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not warrant the accuracy or currency of content on the Site or linked third-party websites.
2.4 Our Site is delivered over the internet and depends on services outside our control (e.g. hosting providers, network services).
2.5 We use reasonable efforts to ensure the Site is available. However, we do not warrant that:
- Your use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- Information obtained through the Site will be accurate or free from viruses;
- Software or systems provided as part of the Site will be defect-free.
2.6 While we endeavour to resolve issues promptly, we are not responsible for interruptions due to server downtime, cyberattacks, force majeure or other crises outside our control.
2.7 You are responsible for ensuring that everyone accessing the Site through your connection complies with these Terms.
3. CONDITIONS OF USE
3.1 You must ensure your device meets the technical requirements to use the Site and that it is protected by appropriate virus software.
3.2 You must not misuse or disrupt the Site, including through the introduction of malware or by attempting unauthorised access.
3.3 Use of automated tools such as spiders, bots, or scrapers to access the Site is strictly prohibited.
4. NO RELIANCE ON INFORMATION

5. HUB INSIDERS MEMBERSHIP
5.1 Access to Hub Insider Services requires a paid membership.
5.2 Members receive an Account and Login credentials. Non-members will not have access to Hub Insider Services.
5.3 If registering on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. We may request written proof.
5.4 Registration information must be true, accurate and complete. We may reject or revoke registration at our discretion.
5.5 Your username and password must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your Login.
5.6 Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account.
5.7 You must not share your login details with others or operate multiple accounts for misuse.
5.8 We may disable accounts or suspend access if you breach these Terms.
5.9 We are not liable for loss of login credentials due to system failure, error, or user fault.
6. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
6.1 When you complete forms on our Site, your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policies.
6.2 Messages over the internet are not encrypted. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee security of transmitted data.
6.3 You have no ownership of your Account. Cancelled or terminated accounts will have data deleted except where retention is legally required.
7. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
7.1 These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the Site.
7.2 We may terminate or suspend your Account at any time, with or without notice, and without liability, especially in case of breach.
7.3 We may discontinue Hub Insiders Services or features without prior notice.
7.4 You agree that equitable relief (e.g. injunctions) may be necessary in the event of serious breaches.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 All content on the Site (text, visuals, software, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights owned or licensed by us.
8.2 You may download materials only where explicitly permitted. Do not copy, reproduce, modify, or link to our content without consent.
8.3 Breaches of this section may result in access being revoked and legal action taken.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 Nothing excludes our liability for death or personal injury due to negligence, fraud, or matters not excludable by law.
9.2 The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude all warranties and conditions.
9.3 If you are a consumer:
- You agree to use the Site for personal use only.
- We are not liable for business losses.
- If defective content causes damage and we failed to act with reasonable care, we will repair or compensate.
9.4 If you are a business:
- We exclude all implied terms.
- We are not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, data loss, or missed opportunities.
9.5 Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us.
10. THIRD PARTY LINKS

11. SALES THROUGH THE SITE
11.1 All purchases made through the Site are subject to our Terms of Sale or Terms of Business (Diploma).
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
12.1 These Terms, combined with related policies, form the entire agreement between you and The Interior Designers Hub.
12.2 If a term is found to be invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
13. ASSIGNMENT
13.1 You may not transfer your Account or assign rights under these Terms without our consent.
13.2 We may transfer our rights to another organisation with notice.
14. NO WAIVER
14.1 Failure to enforce a right does not waive it. Rights can still be enforced later.
15. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
15.1 These Terms do not give rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
16.1 These Terms are governed by English law.
16.2 If you are a consumer:
- English courts have exclusive jurisdiction unless you are in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
16.3 If you are a business:
- English courts have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
17.1 We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted.
17.2 Please check back regularly for updates. Continued use of the Site confirms your acceptance.
