Your mentor will be one of our experienced interior designers from our core Team Hub. Every mentor has been trained within the programme by 7-figure business owner Kate Hatherell, who has helped hundreds of designers successfully launch and grow their businesses. You’ll be guided by someone who truly understands both the creative and business side of becoming an interior designer.

When you enrol, we’ll kick things off with a one-to-one welcome call on Microsoft Teams with your mentor.

Together, you’ll map out your goals for the next 12 weeks, create a personalised action plan, and set clear milestones to keep you on track.

And don’t worry if it feels like a lot at first. Your plan is flexible, and your mentor will support you in adapting it as you go.

By the end of the call, you’ll feel clear, confident, and ready to dive into the programme.

You’ll have ongoing support throughout the programme via your personalised Microsoft Teams channel, where you can ask questions at any time during the working week. Your mentor will respond within 24 working hours.

You’ll also receive regular check-ins to keep you moving forward. This includes weekly support during your first 12 weeks, helping you stay accountable and on track with your milestones.

If you need a little longer, support continues with monthly check-ins for up to 6 months.

And even after your mentoring ends, you’ll still have lifetime access to all training materials.

As you move through the programme, you’ll have access to up to six 30-minute one-to-one mentoring calls with your mentor.

You can book these at times that suit you during the working week. Some people like to space them out for ongoing support, while others prefer to use them earlier on for more guidance at the start.

All sessions must be used within 6 months of starting the programme.

If you’d like additional support, you can book extra 30-minute sessions for £75 including VAT. These are also available within the same 6-month period.

Each session is focused on helping you apply what you’re learning inside the programme to your own business.

This is not a group programme. It’s a personalised one-to-one experience, designed to give you focused support tailored to you and your business.

You’ll build a strong relationship with your mentor, and all guidance is centred around your individual goals as you move through the programme.

We know community can be incredibly valuable, but we’ve intentionally designed this programme without one. When you’re starting out, seeing others at different stages can sometimes feel overwhelming, distracting, or even knock your confidence.

Instead, this programme gives you one clear, trusted source of guidance, helping you stay focused, confident, and moving forward without the noise.

If you do want community alongside your journey, you’ll have the option to join our Hub Insiders membership at a reduced rate.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started, including instructions to access your mentoring channel.

We’ll match you with your mentor, who will then be in touch to book your welcome call.

Your 12-week journey begins after this call, so you can start feeling clear, supported, and ready from day one.

During the 12 week programme, you may take up to 2 weeks break. Please notify your mentor that you will be taking a break in advance.
